This provides an excellent solution on large sites where there is a requirement for a substantial volume of hot water to be supplied quickly and remotely from a centralised boiler system. Independent gas water heaters can be sited at the point of use. This eliminates costs associated with lengthy pipe runs and pipe losses. Independent hot water systems are particularly beneficial in the summer months when the main heating system is not utilised to the same extent but there is still a demand for a quick, large volume supply of hot water.
